Nos compétences fortes (NCF) is a training tool that enables three formal learning processes:

  • Recognize strong generic skills;
  • Recognize strong generic skills in others;
  • Recognize generic skills useful in work situations.

It is aimed at all adults who wish to recognize their own generic skills and enhance them through group activities that focus on their strengths.
