Risk management is a key responsibility of a diligent and vigilant board of directors. This workshop enables directors to better understand their role in identifying, assessing, and monitoring the organization’s key risks, while maintaining a clear distinction between risk governance and operational risk management. The objective: to enable the board to exercise structured oversight and obtain reasonable assurance that key risks are identified, addressed, and monitored appropriately.
