Description: Artificial intelligence is already making its way into our workplaces, often before we’ve even had time to think about it. This hands-on workshop will give you the tools you need to use it with confidence, discernment, and effectiveness.
You’ll learn how to ask the right questions before adopting a tool. You’ll then develop the art of crafting queries and providing context to obtain useful results rather than generic ones. Finally, you’ll discover and test hands-on tools to streamline your daily tasks.
No prior experience is required. Whether you’ve never tried AI or are already using it, you’ll leave with practices you can apply immediately.
210-minute in-person training session covering the following topics:
1 – Assessment Before Tools: Questions and strategies to consider before purchasing or using a tool
2 – Demonstration of four tools: Including information on how to optimize your use of large language models (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, etc.)
3 – Summary and action plan for your business/nonprofit
