Making Ginger Beer

Description: In this workshop, you’ll learn how to make non-alcoholic ginger beer. You’ll then feel confident enough to repeat the process at home and experiment with different ginger-based recipes. During the workshop, participants will have the opportunity to taste the different flavors of the fermenting brew at each stage of the brewing process. At the end, they’ll take home the ginger beer they made.
