Some courses may have a maximum number of registrations. In such cases, admissions will be on a first-come, first-served basis. If you have not received an e-mail confirmation within 2 working days, please check your spam folder and contact us at <a href=\"mailto:formation@afnunavut.ca\">formation@afnunavut.ca<\/a> .<\/p>\n<p>Qaujimaniq Training Center has the right to cancel a course if the minimum number of registrations is not reached. This decision will be made 3 working days before the course start date, and a full refund will be offered where applicable.<\/p>\n<p>A reminder e-mail is sent before the first class of the session. Students must consult the partner organization before withdrawing from the course. Partnerships are listed on the program and course pages.<\/p><p>If a course has to be cancelled by the Centre de formation Qaujimaniq, a full refund will be offered to registrants.<\/p><p>For one-day training courses and community workshops, a learner may cancel his or her registration and receive a refund, if he or she submits a written request within 3 working days of registration and if the course has not yet taken place. Cancellation requests must be sent to the training centre manager by e-mail to <a href=\"mailto:formation@afnunavut.ca\">formation@afnunavut.ca<\/a> .<\/p><p>For courses lasting several days or weeks, refunds will be made according to the following scales:<\/p><ul><li>100% refund: The cancellation request must be sent to the training centre manager by e-mail before the start of the course.<\/li><li>Refund, less 10% of cost: Registration cancellation request must be sent to the training centre manager by e-mail before the start of the third class.<\/li><li>No refunds: No refunds will be offered after the third class or 20% of class time has elapsed.<\/li><\/ul><p>Please note that refunds are made via the payment platform used at the time of registration within 3 working days of cancellation.
